What payment methods are accepted?

Transfers are paid online at the time of booking by major credit and debit card through a secure payment gateway. A booking confirmation is emailed once payment is received.
What is the cancellation policy for airport transfers?

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled transfer are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be non-refundable. Contact customercare@rosiefiji.com to amend or cancel a booking.

The experience was great from start to finish. We had a warm welcome from the crew at check in and we were in the van in no time! Amazing: 10/10 for service, warmth and authentic Fiji vibes! We just got back from Fiji and booking transfers through Rosie Holidays was easily one of the best decisions we made.
